apidewa Jurisdiction Notice
We at apidewa operate our platform only in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are permitted by applicable local law. We do not offer access to our services in regions where such activities are prohibited. This legal notice sets out our jurisdiction policy, user eligibility requirements, and your responsibility to comply with local regulations.
Our service is available to account holders in supported areas including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang, subject to verification of age, identity, and local legal status. We use IP-based geolocation screening and ongoing account monitoring to enforce jurisdiction restrictions. If you access apidewa from a prohibited jurisdiction or your location changes after account opening, your access may be suspended pending review.
By registering with apidewa, you confirm that you have read and accept this jurisdiction notice and that your access complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Our apidewa Service Area and Access Policy
We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. We maintain a list of supported jurisdictions and update it regularly as local laws change. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use of apidewa comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction before registration.
If you are unsure whether your location permits access to apidewa, we recommend consulting local legal counsel or checking your jurisdiction's financial regulator website before attempting to register. Once your account is created, we retain the right to restrict or close access if we determine that you are accessing apidewa from a prohibited jurisdiction.
Our geolocation system uses IP address data and device location signals to detect access attempts from prohibited regions. This system is not infallible—VPN use, proxy services, and location spoofing may evade detection. However, we conduct periodic re-verification of account holders, particularly if account activity suggests jurisdiction inconsistency (e.g., payment methods registered to one country while account activity originates in another).
Your jurisdiction responsibility is non-delegable
apidewa provides the platform, but you bear the final responsibility for confirming that your access and use comply with your local laws. We do not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee that our geolocation controls will detect all jurisdiction violations.
Account Eligibility and User Verification
To open and use an apidewa account, you must: (1) be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or older); (2) provide valid government-issued identification (national ID, passport, or driver's license); (3) provide proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement) dated within 90 days; (4) reside in a jurisdiction where apidewa services are legally available; (5) not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
We verify identity and address documents during account setup. Verification typically takes 24 business hours. If your documents are unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with other account information, we may request resubmission or additional documentation. Persistent verification failures result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in that account.
Your account remains subject to re-verification at any time. If we detect suspicious activity, jurisdiction inconsistency, or changes to your residential location, we may require updated documentation or restrict account access pending review. Re-verification may take 5–10 business days depending on document complexity and our review queue.
Payment Methods and Jurisdiction Restrictions
We accept deposits and withdrawals only through payment methods valid in supported jurisdictions. Our approved methods include DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each payment method is associated with a specific country or region; attempting to use a payment method from a prohibited jurisdiction may result in transaction rejection and account suspension.
If your account was opened in a supported jurisdiction but you subsequently relocate to a prohibited region, we may restrict your ability to withdraw funds. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days) to withdraw your remaining balance. After that period, any unclaimed funds are forfeited per our terms of service.
We do not facilitate cross-border gaming access. If you attempt to use a payment method or IP address from a different country than your registered jurisdiction, we may flag the transaction for review or block it entirely pending verification. Repeated attempts to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions may result in permanent account closure.
Our Compliance Framework
We at apidewa comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards applicable to our operating jurisdictions. We conduct customer due diligence, monitor for suspicious activity, and report transactions as required by local financial regulators. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in supported regions when presented with valid legal process (subpoenas, warrants, regulatory orders).
We are not licensed or regulated by any single national gaming authority. We operate under the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we maintain legal presence. We do not claim to hold a license from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, or any other specific country. Our service availability is determined by our internal compliance assessment and the absence of legal prohibition in your jurisdiction—not by any affirmative license from a regulatory body.
If we receive notification that our operations in a particular jurisdiction are now illegal or that our service must cease, we will announce the change publicly and provide members 30 days to withdraw their account balances. We will not accept new registrations from affected jurisdictions and will prevent further deposits. Members who fail to withdraw within the grace period forfeit their remaining balance.
Jurisdiction Changes and Account Relocation
If local law in your jurisdiction changes and online gaming becomes prohibited, we will notify all affected members via email and in-app notification. We will provide at least 30 days for you to withdraw your account balance and close your account. After that period, we will suspend access to accounts registered in the newly prohibited jurisdiction.
If you relocate to a different country or region, you are responsible for notifying apidewa through your account settings. Updating your location allows us to re-verify your eligibility and determine whether you can continue accessing apidewa from your new address. If you relocate to a jurisdiction where we do not operate, we will restrict access and require you to withdraw your balance within 30 days.
We do not permit account transfer between jurisdictions. If you relocate, your existing account may be closed and a new account opened in your new jurisdiction (subject to that jurisdiction's eligibility criteria). Previous tier status, VIP rewards, and promotional history do not transfer between accounts.
Data Privacy and Jurisdiction
We store member data (personal information, transaction history, account documents) in data centres subject to the jurisdiction in which we operate. By opening an apidewa account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data according to our privacy policy and applicable data protection law in that jurisdiction.
If your jurisdiction has specific data residency requirements (e.g., data must remain within the country), you should verify our data storage practices before registering. We may not be able to comply with certain data residency mandates, in which case we cannot provide service to residents of that jurisdiction.
We cooperate with legal authorities in supported jurisdictions when presented with valid legal process requesting member data. We do not require member consent to disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities with valid jurisdiction and proper legal authority.
Legal Inquiries and Jurisdiction Questions
If you have questions about jurisdiction eligibility, service availability in your region, or the legal status of apidewa in your jurisdiction, contact our support team. We can confirm whether your location is currently supported and help clarify any jurisdiction-related restrictions on your account.
For formal legal inquiries, regulatory requests, or law enforcement subpoenas, contact our legal department through the channels published on our website. We respond to valid legal process within timeframes specified by applicable law.
This jurisdiction notice is subject to change. We may update it at any time to reflect changes in our operating jurisdictions, changes in applicable law, or changes in our compliance practices. Updates are effective immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued access to apidewa after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
